Date of birth / date picker UI choices

Ive found plenty of customers when filling their date of birth, dont change the year as its a bit awkward to do and not that visible. So having a few ways to restrict that would be good. Currently the date widget has a "disable past dates" which is good for future bookings. But I think a disable future dates should be an option, which is good for a 'date of birth' and if ticked, it perhaps gives more options to restrict the choices - like maybe we can write the minimum age of person so that the dates dynamically follow that restriction. Or a simpler all around improvement, would be a choice to have either a date picker UI, or a drop down UI with days, months and years in separate drop downs. That way will make it easier for some people to choose and avoid mistakes.
